A man and a woman are accused of not doing enough to help a teenager who had overdosed on prescription drugs.
Kenney Balfour and Raina Bailey of Gloversville were arrested this week stemming from the incident in March.
City Police Detective Anthony Clay says a friend of the 17-year-old boy was unresponsive in a room in their house--and had also found a suicide note. But neither Balfour nor Bailey called 9-1-1.
Clay says 9-1-1 wasn't called until the next day--when friends came over the check on the victim.
The 17-year-old eventually recovered. Balfour and Bailey are both charged with felony reckless endangerment.
