Growing up loved listening to Bob Prince do Pittsburgh Pirates Play by Play on the radio. His best saying was there "was a bug on the rug".
21. Most embarrassing moment on the air?
Was doing the weather in PA, back in the 1980's, when all the magnets on the weather board--temperature, suns, clouds etc---fell to the floor, live on the 6pm news. I was totally flustered, and just threw it back to the news desk.
22. What is your favorite website (other than foxsports980.com)?
A non-profit organization that provides a wonderful opportunity for siblings of children with chronic illness or special needs to go under the care and supervision of healthcare workers and to get the support they need to help overcome the everyday battles they are faced with. Click here!

Friday, December 6th, 2013 There are no must wins until March, but the Siena men’s basketball team can make a big statement with a couple of wins in Buffalo on Friday and Sunday against Canisius and Niagara. It's a tall order. Even during Siena's best seasons the road trip to Western NY, is never an easy one. Siena's tough non-conference schedule should help and the four freshman starters are getting better each game. Regardless of what happens, I don't see Siena as a bottom of the standings team in the MAAC. They are better than that and in due time they will prove it.

Wednesday, December 4th, 2013 I am already making plans to cover the UAlbany women's basketball team in the NCAA tournament again this season. I know it's early, but they might be better than last year’s team that won 27 games. Coach Katie Abrahamson Henderson's squad is currently ranked 8th in the country among mid-major programs in the country. Sophomore Shereesha Richards is off the charts good and a steal for the America East. Predicting they won't lose a game is probably a bit much, but what team in the AE is going to beat them? They already have non-conference wins over powerhouse Marist and they beat Big East Providence on the road.

Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 Three weeks ago I would have told you Rex Ryan was a lock to return next season as the head coach of the Jets. Three weeks later and three straight ugly loses, he certainly is no lock. The quarterback position is a mess and that's not all on him. If the Jets quit on Rex that will mark the end. Let's see of this team can play hard the rest of the way and not get crushed like they have the last three weeks, and then maybe Ryan has a chance to save his job.

Monday, December 2nd, 2013 I don't know that I have seen a better ending to a college football game, than the one Auburn produced over Alabama on Saturday in the Iron Bowl. Chris Davis' 100 yard return for a touchdown off a missed field goal is something right out of Alice and Wonderland. I could not believe what I saw. Alabama losing does not bother me in the least becasue Nick Saban although a great coach rubs me the wrong way most of the time. It's been a unexpected run to the national title for Auburn, now lets see if they continue it in the SEC title game. I will be rooting for them.
